Microsoft Invites A Rapper To Perform At Its ... - Business Insider

Microsoft had rapper Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) perform at its Atlanta story last Friday. It was a private event hosted by rap magazine, The Source, and not a Microsoft sponsored event, says Microsoft.

Regardless, it turned into a mess when MGK jumped up on the tables and said, "[Eff] these computers," and then proceeded to kick five of them, according to a report on Allhiphop.com.

We've watched a few videos of the performance and didn't see any computers kicked. But, we do see Microsoft cut off MGK's microphone and turn off the music. Allegedly it called the cops, too.

This is the sort of thing that could only happen to Microsoft. It tries to be hip and it blows up in its face.
