Robbie Williams: Ayda Field and I are expecting a baby girl - I'll teach her football and boxing

Robbie Williams and Ayda Field have been together since 2006

Robbie Williams has revealed he's having a baby girl with wife Ayda Field.

And the singer, who announced via his blog back in March that American actress Ayda, 33, was pregnant, has big plans for his first born.

'I'm going to teach her football and karate and boxing,' says Robbie, 38.

'That's the first thing she's going to learn.'

The Take That star also jokes that he's planning to make sure his daughter's savvy in keeping men like him away.?

But it seems Ayda might not be happy that Robbie's announced to the world that they're expecting a girl.

'I'm very, very excited about becoming a daddy,' Robbie tells the Daily Mirror.

'I can't wait. The missus is like, "Don't go telling", and I said, "I won't".'
